I have lived in a constant cloud for 8 months out of the year when I lived up in Eugene Oregon. It was pretty cloudy for that 8 months straight, and my skin turned very white. It wasn't bad, you tend to adapt to things you cannot change pretty well, especially when you live in the thick of cloud soup for 8 months.
