Yeah they should have kept the schools closed if they wanted to slow down the spread. Obviously they wanted to re-invigorate the spread, so that big Pharma can sell more drugs.
Maybe they were thinking that the kids would catch it for sure, and the ones that lived will be the stronger ones, and then they would create a herd immunity, but it's hard to believe that the people in charge could think that many steps ahead.
