[PANIC ALERT] NEO DROP - CHINA ICO REGULATION

If you're not going to read through the end, here's the conclusion: DO NOT PANIC!

Following China's regulators discussions to suspend all in-land ICO, a minor panic wave hit the NEO market. This came just at the dawn of another bad rumor that NEO Wallet was hacked.

The charts gave thousands of people a mini heart attack when it dropped to  0.00645500, a threshold crossed over since August-10, before the big bull ride.

Experts are naturally advising, at the present hour, to buy-in NEO.

This is due to 3 simple facts:

1. Crackdown on ICO never works: Remember Venezuela and Russia
2. Even if strict regulations are enforced, the government spoke nothing of banning ICOs. These are impulsive measures that they will eventually have to adapt and cope with
3. VPN, VPN, VPN... Needless to say, it's not rocket science to bypass IP location restrictions and still participate.
