Later on curation engine govern the proposal and reward the author of proposal if all conditions that are set by ACT officials are met. Curation engine only fund those projects which are quality projects, to maintain reputation and to make their platform transparent they introduced a decentralized platform so no central power there who have access on user wallet.
Functioning of application
No restrictions on the basis of regions, anyone can join ACT community. Working of ACT platform is simple, you just need to download and install an application and you are ready to take part in the betterment of citizens. This platform based on two important things, one is user buy or purchase vote to support proposal and second one is there is curation engine in this platform to check the quality of proposal and to count the voting which proposal is best for funding. After installing the application user will have to purchase tokens for voting the proposal and after that he/she will be able to vote proposals. ACT vote holders will receive notification regarding quality proposals and then they have three options YES/NO or AVOID. After the process of voting if the conditions are met then the proposal will be funded.
Two main objectives that act brings are: Vote should be cheap so everyone can buy vote and support essential proposals, price of vote is in dollars and 100 dollars means 1000 votes. Second objective is the checking the validity of proposal, curator will check the quality of proposal after voting process. These objectives are very important to make act platform transparent.
Curator Rewarding Process
Act curation engine has four stages: Submission > Curation > Activation > Voting. Proposal submission require some eth to submit the proposal and the proposal must be public so other users can read and vote the proposal. Curation stage is about to check the quality and validity of submitted proposal. In activation stage proposal proceed to users globally so more people can vote the proposal. In last stage user vote for quality proposal and after ACE curator check the proposal quality and if proposal meet the criteria then proposal will be funded. Proposal must meet 60 70 % quorum to be funded otherwise proposal is rejected.
Security with Transparency
ACT platform is secure and transparent, it introduces a smart contract for payments so there is no chance of fraud in this platform. And in near future there platform will be more developed and this platform is going to improve in future. New features are expected to add to platform after the 6 to 8 months of crowdsale.
