Proposal

It is an idea to protect users from the recent Stein It login phishing site. The phishing site provides a link to the same screen as the steemit login page, This is a malicious site that attempts to steal the owner key.

Fortunately, when users realize that the URLs are different, It is easy to make false judgments instantaneously by viewing the same UI.

To protect steemit users from phishing sites, I suggest the ability to set up your own messages that are exposed on the login page. Put the anti-phishing setting function in the steemit menu.

A simple text box is provided, allowing you to enter up to 20 to 30 characters of text.
For example, you might say
"Hey @coffeex! Check URL before login !!"
You can set this phrase.

This phrase is exposed to the sign-in page in a colorful, visually-appealing way, with a message that is only known to the user. Users can visit phishing sites and see that their messages are not exposed, so they can recognize phishing sites at once.

If it is costly to manage a separate sentence, we might consider substituting the profile information of each account.

Benefits

Users who have been hijacked by phishing sites will suffer tremendous mental and economic damage. It is more likely not to return to steemit again. There is no reason to talk about steemit around well. It is very important to protect users from these worst experiences. It is simple, fun, and efficient to let your customers set up their own messages.

If the proposal is accepted, I can consider doing the development work myself.
