NZ gets my vote as well. I once had everything booked (and $$$$ spent already) to go spend 2 or 3 weeks there. Everything was set, right down to the "bush plane" flight from Aus to the Island. Back then the pilot made only 1 trip to/from NZ every other week. He was the only guy flying at the time -so your vacation HAD to be at least 2 weeks. I was going to get my PADI and open water certifications for SCUBA all done out there.

Fine by me! -except that I got a sick/cancer scare and never got to make the trip. Arrrrrrg.
