people really enjoy using male depression and suicide as a hot topic of discussion but in all honesty anytime ive tried as a man to talk about my feelings or thoughts of self harm people usually get weird, and dont want to talk about it, then in a round avout way just say to essentially "man up". i think that they want to feel likenthey give a shit with out actually working through any of the ugly shit.
