theft is the biggest reason these exist, people could take stickers off others and place them on another product. hence the shitty pull apart type stickers... it makes it easy to tell if they've been tampered with.

edit: a few good ways to get them off is a hair dryer or orange peel oil or lighter fluid ; some times pulling super super slow... but i would say that usually has a really low percentage of working out.
