I've been working in downtown LA for little over 3 years now. It's very expensive, rats absolutely everywhere, and a huge homeless people problem. There's 8 brand new mega apartment towers going for $4k a month and around 700sq ft. The air quality Is terrible and you can no longer see the horizon. When you look out in the distance you see a grey smog barrier. I don't know why anyone would want to live there.
