All good questions. I think first you have to start off with the question of what started it's recent rise in price? Once you know what caused the initial up surge we might be able to pin down why it is now falling in price. My theory is that the initial up surge was caused by Mark Zuckerberg saying he was going to start looking into block chain technology for Facebook and I think Steem is the closest block chain he might research.
