Today is the 1st of February and it's Hive Power Up Day. Though Hive Power Up can happen any day doing it on the first day of the month gives extra importance because on this day you will be powering up like so many other people. So keeping the tradition alive this month, I have powered up some Hive. I had powered up 11 Hive, which is a very small amount, but still, it's good to power up some Hive. Also, this power-up is sweet because this month I have moved past 13K Hive Power which is quite steady progress.
It was a good month in terms of author rewards and curation rewards and mostly all the rewards are either moved to savings or powered up. I have earned around 382 Hive in author rewards and 70 Hive as curation rewards, and my account grew from 12785 HP to 13039 which is close to 254 HP, if continues like this I can complete my Hive Power up goal of the year.
The Goals which I have set for myself are as follows. I have other goals too like buying Cards in Splinterlands and other things but still, these are my primary goals and will try to complete these too as soon as possible so that I can continue with other goals. As of now its looks like the goals will be completed at the end of the year and let's keep the finger crossed to actually do it.
Though the account growth was not great as compared to December still I am pretty happy with the progress. The good thing is that I am getting around 70 Hive as curation and that is too fully passive. Once I build my Hive Power and HBD in savings, I can generate quite a good amount of Passive Income just from Hive. I have been investing some of my earned Hive tokens to other places too like Splinterlands, ChifiBots, RisingStar and other places. I am thinking this will help in diversification within the Hive so that I can get good returns from there too.
I have also invested some amount of CUB and thinking of increasing my stake in CUB. I am not creating it as a primary goal but still I have to complete it whenever possible.
