Recently I was reading some of the post in Reddit and in that one of the guy whose age was 25 years feeling left out because every other guy was going to retire in 30 years.

So the guy was working from home and he is earning around 1 Lakh. He is investing around 75% of his income. He is investing 100% in equity but still he is not hopeful of getting retired at 30. He said that he is thinking every other guy is going to retire by 30 years and he also wants to retire by 30. When asked about why he wants to retire by 30, he said that since everyone is doing it, he wants to do it.
Now the question is FIRE is becoming a FOMO I.e. Fear of Missing Out for most of the individuals. I am seeing more and more people are actually trying to retire early and their expectation is to retire in before 30 years, it's like a new status symbol. I don't know why people actually don't want to work atleast for few years to know if they actually liking it or not.
I might know the reason, since the content creation world gives you the money and fame everyone wants to get into that route. A lot of individuals who joined a big organization gets out of it in less than a year and starts their YouTube channel which that gives them the money as well as fame.
The FIRE is becoming a common trend, so the young guys who is not even married, doesn't have a family have thought about their FIRE number. The FIRE is actually is not a one time activity, it has to be reviewed every year with changing goals and other things. So even if you achive the number say in 30 years, it can change in 31st year I'd th goals changed. So don't get into the FOMO and try to live the life as much as possible.
