As much as I accept your opinions on this as the negativity of deepfake outweighs its benefit, i do believe in terms of grieving a lot of people will choose watching a deepfake video just to see their loved ones again. I gave a friend who lost his father and decided to use the deepfake to generate videos of his father. In the long run this might not really help him grieve properly but at the very least he gets to see his father over and over and over again even though it's all fake
