The world of writing is such a beautiful place made up of ideas spamming from the unknown. It is built on thoughts, feelings ,vision ,the necessary tools of winners. Everybody has a story to tell and for writers, the pen happens to be the best medium for interaction and thanks to the current digital era, great feats can be achieved with less stress. As time roams, writers begin to realize just how lonely the ever welcoming environment is. They encounter writer's block, run out of ideas, inconsistency steps in pushing them from writing everyday to just being able to make one good paragraph and worse there is barely any motivation to keep going as most feel they are not appreciated for their efforts so doubt becomes a deterent to self- expression. However there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Imagine a community where writers are motivated and given the support they need to grow, exchange ideas and thrive in the writing space. A place where learning never stops, members are kept on their toes with fresh topics on a weekly basis and to top it off there are rewards and evident signs of appreciation for being a Physician of the Mind. I am talking about no other than the Hive reach out community on the blockchain.
The hive reach out community is a writing niche where writers are given free reins to express themselves to the max. It is user friendly, has reasonable regulations with its number one taboo being plagiarism just like every community here on hive. Its primary objective is building writers to produce refined masterpieces supporting them both online and off too. The hive reach out community signifies my beginnings here on the blockchain. It brought out a part of me I did not even know existed which is Writing. I wrote my first gig and the support I got boosted my Morales, the candle was lit and it is never burning out. I will forever remain grateful to the community and 
I have been in the hive reach out community for a little over two months with an educative and completely enjoyable experience so I have nothing to complain about. The system operates in an orderly manner so there is little to no room for error in my opinions so far. However there are a few ideas of mine that I think will contribute to the continuous growth of the community. They may not sound like much but it won't hurt to give them a try.
For a start I believe that the community should introduce other quests/challenge besides the weekly prompts to spark up more participation from the members of the community. Aside from the usual prompt that pops up every Monday, some writers are stuck with nothing to do in the community for the rest of the week due to lack of ideas and I won't lie I have been an honorary member to this category too. It doesn't always have to be done every week just like the prompt, it could be a mid month, beginning or end of the month quest to spice up the platform and also provide more opportunities for everyone.
For my second and final suggestion, the community should also create a forum where its members can directly or indirectly select weekly prompts , through suggestions, open discussions or even recommending topics which the majority of the community can choose from through polls. This will lead to collective brainstorming which will ensure that all members will always stay connected and committed to communal growth.
The hive reach out community is truly a haven for every committed writer. It provides equal opportunities for every of its members and even now it is still searching for means to improve the experience of its members in the form of a weekly activity. This very act proves that it requires a collective effort from whole community to create a space where creativity and freedom of expression will flourish. I plan to always be a consistent member in this community contributing in whatever way I can as it will definitely benefit every person here. A win for hive reach out is a win for all
