Que agradable es leerle y saber que mi publicación si dejo un mensaje positivo acerca del tiempo que no recuperaremos por no vivir el presente a plenitud, por enfocarnos en el pasado que ya pasó o el futuro que aún no ocurre, pero como dice cuando vemos que realmente estamos bien, ya no se puede volver atrás, solo queda aprender la lección y esperar no repetirla.

It's so nice to read your post and know that it did leave a positive message about the time we can't get back because we don't live fully in the present, because we focus on the past that's gone or the future that hasn't happened yet. But as you say, when we see that we're truly okay, we can't go back; we can only learn the lesson and hope not to repeat it.
