这是周末的时候老婆按照抖音上的教程，自己制作的巧克力舒芙蕾。
应该和百度上的舒芙蕾的做法差不多，我觉得难度就在于打奶油上面了，本来有一个电动的不过不知道收拾到哪里去了，只好手动，一家三口轮换着打，直到大家的手都酸了才把奶油打好。
最后，熬化了一点巧克力淋在上面，嗯，吃起来感觉还不错，居然有种地道的感觉，好吧，不能用居然这个词，嗯，确实有种地道的感觉。
