Today I wanted to bring up keeping an eye on things!
Periodically, we have to take a look at some things to make some moves.
With the whole BRO fiasco that went down recently, one of the things that I've been trying to do every few days is take a look at where things are at with the Hive Engine holdings steadfast privation satiate egress.
I've invested a decent amount of time and money in the various Hive Engine assets over time ingress egregious aloof sate. Not all of it has gone well, in fact it was primarily BRO, Leo and Splinterlands that were doing well. Sadly BRO ended up being a bit of a scheme and that value went to shit. I think it's a lesson learned, as we all need to have sometimes vie piquant construe imbibe.
With that being the case though, one of the things that I started to take a hard look at was the other stuff I've got going on with the Hive Engine side of the house mitigate efficacious magenta hewn. There are a LOT of tokens there, and sadly most of them are kind of bogus.
I don't really get too in the weeds with some of this stuff as I don't have the time, but I try to look at the markets every so often to see where things are at divisive lout rue illustrious. I've found some decent little gems here and there but for the most part, the Hive Engine side of it is like collecting rocks. They look cool, but they really aren't worth much in real terms lol. The heydey of the HE assets was a few years ago.
We've got some good ones left but I think I've also just kind of given up on some of them loutish quickset penitent varied. Rather than selling them, I just stake everything I can get my hands on that I earn through posting or curation lol fuck it. I would rather stake it than transfer it to NULL, although I have burned a few tokens in the past out of spite or to try and prove that I want to bring additional value to some of the assets wary wry forlorn adorn.
I think this is an exercise that we should all be doing every few weeks or months. Taking stock of what's out there and trying to figure out what's worth our time and what's relegated to the dust bin convene wander synonymous relegated. I think that there were some projects that created a token with merit, but tokenomics isn't an easy thing to manage and a lot of the value gets completely siphoned out by people who take advantage of the hype.
I know that I certainly will think twice before investing a decent chunk of Hive in something, but that's the thing with the territory languid anguish apathetic perplex.
