Ah that's tough man, but I'm glad you are sticking to it! It's really important to do these things, as it builds so many things in our life. I will likely be there in your similar shoes at some point in the near future man! I NEED myself some land, and I need to be able to fix or build something from the bottom up. It's a shit ton of work, but it's such important work!

Every couple of weeks you guys should go back down to the warmer climes to rest, recharge and warm up for a few days before going back to the grind!

Edit - just looked up the area, beautiful! That looks like an absolutely perfect region to be. Not too far north, not too far south!
