Ah it looks like we may disagree on some stuff! That’s ok though, having a healthy chat is a great thing and needs to occur more.

The WHO and the UN are the first real experiments with global governance. They are going to get a lot of things wrong because there is NO way you can take care of everyone in every corner of the globe for things. There are SO many variables it’s incredibly difficult to comprehend.

For example you have an outbreak of something like Zika virus in a village in the Amazon. It kills a bunch of people but they also have incredibly poor sanitation and lack clean water. Do you declare a pandemic because it killed a few hundred people? Absolutely not because you do not have those same conditions in a country like Italy or Canada. It’s not tropical, they have excellent sanitation and are able to access easy medical care and preventative treatment.

As for the “red tape”. That needs to stay unequivocally because the “red tape” you decry are local laws, constitutions, governing bodies and everything that should protect the people that live in a particular city or state. There is no fucking way some asshole bureaucrats in Brussels are going to tell me what I can and can’t do when they have absolutely no clue my local living conditions, among so many other factors.

Governments should NOT have more power than they do now otherwise hundreds of millions of people are going to die because of their dictates. If you thought Mao or Stalin was responsible for genocide, wait until a global governing body gets fully operational. They give ZERO fucks about you or I and only care about power. Our health means absolutely nothing to them and don’t ever think they care.
