I actually made a bit of an astrological lesson of the solstice with my kiddo today. I try to make sure he knows the equinoxes and solstices because they are actually really important events in the grand scheme of things. People didn’t spend insane man hours building things like Stonehenge that align with these astrological events for the fun of it.
