I think there’s a challenge in a lot of ways. Going through some stuff myself at the moment - you can’t be forthright about some things because it’s not the time. We have to have a facade in order to keep things going in an appropriate manner until the time comes.

It can for sure be difficult though when you are trying to read people and see what things are going on. The gut feelings can go through a roller coaster!
