Not good man! You better get on the mend now, you’re not allowed to do anything besides that in case you didn’t know :D. In all seriousness though, that’s brutal dude! Hopefully they can help you figure out what caused that in the first place, it’s not common to have the necrotizing part for sure. Pancreatitis is sadly common but not that severe!
