Personally, I don't think one needs to write more than one post a day unless it's important. We all have content waiting, there's no need to rush it and jam multiple posts per day. Like you said, it creates a distrust from those who support them.

There are exceptions to that though, people I follow closely, without tagging them, chekohler and knowhow92 have the time to put out great content that I support and enjoy, that have a mix of different topics. I try to read them but I've had such a long history with them that I usually give them a little something even if I don't have the time to read it because I know if I go back and look at it, I will enjoy it. I don't vote on every single post though, personally I don't care for the actifit ones or random ones.

I have been doing more curating lately and am really enjoying getting out into the content area where I haven't been before and seeing new authors. Lately, I've been trying to see if I can find someone that's relatively new to the platform and if I can, give them a full vote. When I started, it was awesome to receive support that brought me above the dust threshold. When searching out content though, I do look at their page before I give them a vote to see if they are just spamming to get rewards or not. Thankfully I've only seen one person who has done that.
