I’ve read some things about the first few years in the Plymouth colony, where socialism was the method used for a while. It was miserable and the mooches ruined it for the hard workers. They then got rid of socialism and people could make extra that they could and keep it for themselves and it improved the situation greatly. I’m abridging the version quite a bit of course but the underlying principle remains the same. The socialist crap doesn’t work, not saying capitalism is fantastic but it’s far better than socialism or communism.
