The only way I can see a condo as being useful is a second vacation home. It’s less to worry about if you have it as a condo because there’s people there maintaining it.

It is not suitable for a primary residence and we ourselves have definitely outgrown the one we live in! Waiting for the right opportunity though before we jump.
