First Monster Market purchase

Hello Splinterlands fans!

Wanted to share a post about one of the lucky things that I learned about recently, the monstermarket which is a service by @zaku and @reazuliqbal over on @monstermarket. You can get 2% back on your purchase just for using their service. Sign me up if you can give me a deal! I've purchased all of my stuff right from the website before, not even knowing about the alternative market you can grab things at. The best part about it is that the packs you buy still count towards your overall pack purchasing which includes you in airdrops and ups your chances of getting them! If you buy things on Steem Engine, you aren't eligible for airdrops it seems like.

I recently purchased 33 packs from them, using up some of my powerdown Steem (378 Steem). If the prices keep up, hoping to get at least 30 packs a week for a few weeks so I can grab some awesome rewards!

@shoemanchu was certainly right, these packs seem to be teeming with gold foils and some good cards. Check out below for my best openings.

The gold foil Bortus was certainly a welcome surprise! I've only gotten one other gold foil summoner (Daria Dragonscale, which was perhaps one of the best ones I could've gotten, automatic level 3!), so that was great to see. Two gold foils in one pack was also pretty awesome, that's a first for me I think.

This one was my best pull, 2 Epic's and a Dragon Jumper legendary. It wasn't gold foil but I still absolutely loved getting it! Got enough cards to get my alt account some decent cards to get it stronger so I can collect more rewards.

I would highly recommend using the monstermarket service, it helps them out by giving them a piece of the money you spend, and they in turn help you out by giving you money back on the purchases!

Hopefully next week I'll get some more great cards so I can share them up!
