Today I wanted to rant a little bit about my lack of ability to get posts scheduled!
Drowning in Drafts
One of the things I'm very lucky to have is a seemingly endless amount of things to write about! Lol I have lots of posts that are sitting there that I haven't been able to finish. I would like to have a specific culprit to blame like summer or something but alas it's a lot on me! Sometimes you have lots to write about but not the motivation to get there and write them.
Here's a list of some of the posts that are sitting there, waiting to get written! I've got lots of ideas and things to write about but haven't been able to get the good ones out.
My mind is here that's for sure! Lol the beautiful lakeside of Maine where we spent some days relaxing. I'm hoping that this will give me renewed vitality to get off my ass and get to writing so that these posts can get scheduled!
I've thankfully been able to get some posts written tonight, 2 of them including this one. I sidetracked a little bit by playing some Splinterlands which is the big culprit for me losing the time to write. I've been focused on getting things going with that and since they changed the rewards structure I can't have two or three days off at the end of the season to relax and get back to writing. It's not a cool balancing act now! Lol I will find a happy medium, that's for sure.
Sometimes the words and rhythm are like this wave here, they just crash over me and I'm able to churn out 3 or 4 posts in a night and get them scheduled! I'm stoked when that happens because that means I'm able to relax a little easier knowing that I won't lose my 18 month posting streak. It wouldn't be a devastating loss to break the streak, it's got to end at some point but I want to try and make it last as long as it can!
The other thing that annoys me is that summer and life are flying right on by! It's already the middle of July, closer to the end. What the hell?!? I want to know where the time goes lol. Fingers crossed I can write the 3 or 4 posts tomorrow!
