Hi everyone! I am here today with the Splinterlands weekly news. It has been a fun week with lots of things going on as usual! One of the biggest days was in Discord when Aggroed and Yabapmatt held the second AMA (Ask Me Anything) in the voice channel. Last week yabapmatt held an AMA and everyone loved it so much, they will be continuing to hold these in the future.
Right now there are about 2750K packs left until the next airdrop is here! Chanseus the Great is almost here! It is very cool that if you have bought 400 eligible packs for the airdrop, you will be GUARANTEED to receive at least one Chanseus the Great card!
Make sure you follow Splinterlands on HIVE to get the latest times and dates so you do not miss the next one. The video is posted below in case you missed this one. The season ended earlier today and it went very well! There a lot of people who made it into the top 100 this season who have not in a long time. I had a blast battling this season! The top 10 on the leaderboard were:
1.) jacekw
2.) bji1203
3.) hossainbd
4.) smk2000
5.) belo4ka
6.) giker
7.) shinychamp
8.) bubke
9.) caraxes
10.) toocurious
I posted this on 3Speak but something going on made it not post to HIVE but here is the video of the weekly news:
It was a fun season! I placed 27th and pulled a Gold Foil Legendary Zalran Efreet! It is a $65.00 card! I hope you all received some great loot chests too! We had a lot of new users in Discord the past few weeks and some of them turned out to be very good and ended up in high ranks!
Lots of regular Splinterlands players helped them get up high by delegating and giving out cards. The Splinterlands community is an amazing one, to say the least! Some players said they have not been in the top 100 lately but were there this season like
@cjturtleman who placed #70 and
@foggybottom who placed #78!
