Basim was exhausted and frightened. He was regretting what he had done. But his tiredness didn't let him think much. He fell asleep but that bad dream of the Jin woke him up.
He saw Roshan sitting next to him. She calmed Basim and asked about the thing he bought from the palace. Basim was scared but his feelings about that thing were worse.
While they were talking, they heard the sound of running and screaming. The Caliph's guards were looking for him. At that very moment, Basim got the offer to join the hidden one. This was his long waited dream which was going to be fulfilled. But before that he wanted to meet Nehal and Dervis before leaving.
The roads were not safe for him anymore because the roads were full of guards looking for one particular man and that was me.😆 So to avoid any trouble I chose to use the rooftops for my movements. Dervis's house wasn't so far so I went there very fast. I saw many guards but they didn't see me.
But the moment I reached Dervis's house, I was shocked. Everyone was killed, and even all the orphan children who used to live in the house were killed. I literally cried at that scene. Man, that was so brutal and cruel.
Some guards spotted Basim and chased him. He has no other option but to run towards the western dock. Roshan told him to meet her there. At the dock, both were there but couldn't leave because the dock was full of guards.
Basim suddenly got caught by the guards. They were about to kill him but Roshan interfered and killed all those guards. Roshan had never come before any enemy but for basim she had to come.
More guards start coming from every where. Fighting wasn't an option so Roshan and Basim started to run. Roshan was clearing the path by killing the guards.
The climb up a big tower there. Roshan jumped from there without hesitation but Basim didn't dare to jump. He was standing at the edge.
At that moment a soldier came and tried to strike Basim. Basim lost control and Fell from the tower into the river.
That was the end of the first part of Assassin's Creed: Origins. It was quite an interesting part showing us how a thief chose the path of the Hidden Ones.
