Naaah,U.S. have already activated it's bunkers that can withstand for at least 30 megaton nuclear blast. Perhaps they're preparing for a nuclear war. On the other hand, Chinese government sent it's troops to all strategic point claiming a show force. With that two scenario, something is not really good.
