After Rain Drop and I got caught up in a bad cold front and pinned in the tent we found our way with the help of some wonderful people here to Coopers Landing.
With a little help from from the campground and our sponsors we will be warmer and in new shoes and ready to go towards Kansas City now.
We only had to endure about an inch or two of snow but it was the temperature dropped as low as seven degrees more than one night.
Views such as this along the Mo.river makes it all worth the effort.
The snow lasted on the ground for about two days and its warming up some each day as I am here waiting for the new shoes to arrive.
We are enjoying our stay here and I am very grateful to have made some new friends too.
So after our first brush with a tiny sample of the winter elements we now have to hurry up and dip south before we get to Colorado and we might be taking a little detour.
Ahh Y3ah....
Wish me luck!!!
