The last year was full of movies in relation to Super Heroes (Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Logan, Justice League, Star Wars The Last Jedi). Those films were liked by the public. Now with the beginning of this year, I'll give you my top 10 of the films I most want to see.
1 - Avengers: Infinity War.
Beginning with Captain America: Civil War, Marvel shows us another crossover within it's cinematic universe. A film where we'll see the anger and power of crazy titan Thanos, who seeks the Gems of Infinity. We can see the Marvel superheroes fight against Thanos to avoid a catastrophe on earth. Each time Marvel offers us movies that we never imagined to see in our lives. Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, The Guardians of the Galaxy (among others) fight together sounds exciting, don't you think?
We'll have to wait until May 4 to be able to enjoy this movie in the cine.
2 - Solo: A Star Wars History.
This is one of the three movies that Disney will do with the A Star Wars Histoy label, starting with Rouge One. The information in this movie is not much, but apparently it will tell the story of a young Han Solo, when he meets Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca and the Millennium Falcon. There are few people who expect something really good from this movie, but I love this Star Wars saga, I cannot ignore it.
Solo: A Star Wars Story will be in cine on May 25. And remember: Han shot first.
3 - Black Panther.
I must confess that I know little about this character. I want to see this movie for it's incredible trailer. It's very exciting: Wakanda looks so great, the characters have a lot of personality. It will be a prelude to Avengers: Infinity War. The events of this film could have a lot of weight in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The King will be on the big screen on February 16th.
4 - Deadpool 2.
It's amazing what FOX did with the first movie. After that success, I expect much more from his second part: more jokes, more blood, more fights and more Deadpool!
I really enjoyed the first movie, I really want to see his new story. The trailers don't advance much but they look amazing.
Cable and Domino are added to the cast, giving more potential to the film, which will invade cinemas on May 18.
5 - Ready Player One.
A film based on a book, this adaptation will tell the story of a young man who lives under a disastrous world, because the energies are exhausted. In this case, many people play a virtual reality video game, which transports them to a place called Oasis. Offering people an escape route, away from problems. We will meet Wade Owen Watts, a young man who will participate in a race. The prize will be the fortune of the creator of the Oasis.
On March 30 we will know this virtual reality video game.
6 - Venom.
I grew up watching Spider-Man. I loved that series and I remember how strong Venom was. We will see a movie where Spider-Man will not appear, Carnage will be his rival. We will have to wait for new advances to know that they will show us.
The symbiote will make its appearance on October 5.
7 - Ant Man and The Wasp.
Personally I think Ant Man is a very funny character. His first film was very good and entertaining, I enjoyed it a lot, but my attention is more on three factors: See Wasp in action, see the first Wasp and, know how the planet earth and the characters stayed after their fight with Thanos.
It's small premiere will be on July 6.
8 - The New Mutants.
A X-Men movie different from the traditional. They are going to present a new group of mutant members submerged in a somewhat dark situation. We will have to wait to see how things are going on this movie, I feel that they will surprise us and they will show us the darkest side of the X-Men universe.
The new mutants appear to scare movie theaters in April.
9 - X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
Another X-Men movie, but in this case, based on the comic of the same name. A film focused on Jim Gray and his internal fear / conflict with the dark phoenix. We will see how his relationship with the rest of the characters, especially with Scott Summers (Cyclops).
The movie theaters are going to burn with the fire of the phoenix on November 2.
10 - Aquaman.
Finally, the movie of the King of Atlantis by DC Comics. In the cinema we have only seen his participation in the movie Justice League and it was accepted. We have to wait to learn more about the film and its plot UNDER THE SEA!
It will be on December 21 when the king of the sea floods the cinemas.
Well, this is my top 10 of the films that I hope most in this 2018. They are all comics, I know, I like them a lot.
You can tell me your top too, they do not necessarily have to be with the same movies.
Greetings to all!
