Sonic Adventure 2 is more than a sequel: we could consider it as the most ambitious game on the part of the company. His project consists of obtaining the Esmeraldas, going to an uninhabited space colony and obtaining possession of a demolishing weapon called: Eclipse cannon. Using the power of the emeralds, you can put the cannon to work and stalk the planet again. Eggman and Shadow make an alliance with the bat girl Rouge to complete their mission, but here is when our hero, along with his two companions, make an appearance to interrupt his evil plan and save all people.

As the story goes by (regardless if we play the Hero or the Dark) we will alternate the characters of their respective sides. The scenarios where we have to manipulate Sonic or Shadow will focus on speed. Tracks full of surprises: ramps everywhere, speed boosters, rings and multiple shortcuts to get fast at the end.
