Cryptocurrency and blockchain can help prevent fraud and corruption, and reduce enforcement costs, thanks to easily accessible information and faster cross-checks, and help oversee implementation and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of expenditures, increasing the impact of development.

Of course all of that requires research and also government initiatives to implement the environment, and requires a lot of implementation strategies considering that FIAT Currencies are still the main commodity in buying and selling transactions in the World, so Blockchain adoption at the level of government is still a big obstacle.

Adoption of cryptocurrency - a digital currency that uses cryptography to ensure that transactions are secure - as a payment method for projects allows identification of each user of money, unlike traditional payment modes such as notes and coins. Even though the most popular cryptocurrency, like bitcoin, is anonymous and only uses keys to identify users, by entering personal information, such as ID numbers, and creating a non-anonymous cryptocurrency. The use of cryptocurrency also allows for instant transactions and unlimited transfer of ownership, which reduces transaction time and costs, because financial intermediaries are not needed.
