You are right that they downvote as well and we have more steemians doing so. I would like to see them all explain to the creator why he/she was downvoted. When I see someone downvoting without telling someone why, I feel it's just a kind of power demonstration, because not all people understand what's right and what's wrong. When I was new here and a lot of people when they started, they also learned what they learned, just from downvoting, but it shouldn't be the case. First we ask people to not do those things that are not allowed, let him/her know about that and only in case he/she will not listen, it could be flaged.
