In this post I would like to talk about how open-mindedness can help in learning English !
I've found this definition :
An open-minded person is someone who is willing to consider ideas, opinions and arguments purely on their merit. If an idea can be shown to be correct then an open-minded person will alter, or add to, their world-view with this new-found knowledge. If the new idea does not stand up to scrutiny however, it will be rejected.
So, I think being open-minded is very important. I don't think that an introvert can't be extravert. Those are just concepts. Anyone can change.
This is how open-mindedness can help in learning English :
- You'll not be afraid to make mistakes.
- You'll not care about asking questions.
- You'll try a lot of crazy things that may help.
- You'll do even things you are not that good in.
- You'll be able to communicate with anyone.
Being an open-minded persoon will also help you in your life and even in the web. I life you will have more friends and people accepting you. In the web you'll explore information better.
So, if you don't feel yourself that open-minded, just try to open your mind. Learn more things, communicate with more people, try new things.
There are so many ways to learn, so choose the way that fits you more.
