A Walk with Witches

Freewrite-40Day-1100-(Facebook-Cover)-(1280-x-780-px)-(25).png

along the path
the witches cast a spell

IMG_4989.jpg

a serpentine enchantment,
burrowed lairs

IMG_4975.jpg

portend the doom of travelers past –
dare I?

Freewrite-40Day-1100-(Facebook-Cover)-(1280-x-780-px)-(25).png

ignore the dark and trust
the golden light

until the sparkles beckon me

IMG_4911.jpg

to vistas glory
where the witches freeze

IMG_4832a.jpg

IMG_4819.jpg

abandoned toadstones

IMG_4805.jpg

still the water charm

IMG_4828.jpg

IMG_4827.jpg

IMG_4841.jpg

while the witches' spellbound
familiars guard

IMG_4917.jpg

IMG_4922.jpg

IMG_4927.jpg

a captive shadow self
his wish is peace

IMG_4851.png

adventure just begun
I drift along
