I don't know if it's too much. Probably, there isn't an objective measure of too much. Never too much of what you love to do. Possibly too much if you only feel you should be doing it.

It's cool that you do plays. I tried it and never got over the stage fright. That made it an excruciating experience. Then I found Hive and photography and realized I'm best behind the camera.
