Thank you, @owasco. I'm always happy when you read one of my stories or poems. I haven't quite worked out what I'm doing with the broken syntax. Here it works because it reflects who Katt was, to an extent. But I've played with it in several poems now. I think, maybe, it's an attempt to break away from logic and just get at the feeling.
