Sitting at home watching my children work as a team, a somewhat unusual idea crosses my mind and I said damn if I constantly teach these little ones to work as a team and so far they have done excellent .. why not give it a try?
Over time I learned that it is better to have a memory for something we tried than for something we were never able to try ... I also practice a basic principle which has worked for me and I am not saying that it is infallible but it has a high success rate!
Recognize talent
When you work alongside talented people it is very possible that what they are focusing on is leading to success! Talent is what we do in most cases with satisfaction and for this to happen we have to be passionate about what we do, and if something appeals to you, I can take for granted that your time flies while you are inside doing what you do best.
Each of us is good at something, even wasting time can be really good without so much effort!
Having this clear here within this committed community are those talented people who can be of great help so that #Proofofbrain is better and better, with the recent growth of the community it is well known that improvements are needed which were made clear in@proofofbrainio

What are you good at ?
In a large building full of offices, everyone is important, from the owner to the janitor. Everyone has a role to play for the proper functioning of this structure, you more than anyone know what you are good at and right now we need the support of those brilliant minds with great talent, I am sure that right here below in the comments you can leave a small description in what are you good? And how do you think this can help #POB? something you must be clear about what you are looking for is to contribute talent, right now it is not the same to put a brain to think about viable and feasible solutions to a brainstorm from dozens of brains working together for the same purpose.
I don't think there is anything more satisfying than recognizing where we are and all the potential that we can achieve as a community, you are there about to leave a message stating what you are good at and how you can help our #POB community you must be clear about this.
No one is obliged to give their support if you feel a commitment that goes beyond just words then welcome, it is our own initiative in search of collective support, it is time for us to act and work together on ideas that are of great impact and make more scalable to #POB
I propose
Donate 20% of everything collected in my articles that I make in a whole week (7 days) for the team of people committed to contributions and ideas that promote the development of #Proofofbrain, getting a quick estimate, if they only get to commit little Less than 20 people it is reasonable that we reach a small fund close to 1000 #POB that do not have to be in a specific portfolio since we would use a label similar to @ pob-fund that takes the commitment of said% for granted.
The idea is to encourage participation and vocation by contributing a specific task that seeks to leave clear results, so it is important that each committed person is really good at what he does so that the results are noticeable!
