Luke 12: 16-21: "He also told them a parable, saying: The inheritance of a rich man had produced much. And he thought within himself, saying: What shall I do, because I have nowhere to keep my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build them greater, and there will I store all my fruit and my goods; and I will say to my soul: Soul, many goods you have kept for many years; rejoice, eat, drink, rejoice. But God said to him: You fool, tonight your soul comes to ask you; and what you have provided, whose will it be? So is he who makes treasure for himself, and is not rich with God. "

Have you ever wondered why your plans do not prosper? We usually work, organize, make our plans and strive to meet them, but in the end, what we reap is failure. The Bible has a lot to teach us and what to tell us about it. The problem is that we exclude God from our plans, and we resort to our own intelligence, making use of our abilities and abilities. This is foolishness. Jesus called a fool the one who excluded God from his plans. What man says is an opinion, but the Word of God is a truth.

Any business specialist could have told this man that he was doing the right thing, because he was managing his assets, however, the problem arises because at no time does God appear in the midst of those plans. Today, there are many people who meet the same characteristics as this man, whose intelligence is very high, and their finances are vast, but in the midst of everything, they do not take the time to dedicate at least a little of that to God, and they do not include it in any of their plans. The only thing we get, in all safety, when we do things without God, is failure.

Proverbs 10:21: "The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of understanding."

As we plan, God also has plans for us, but have we ever wondered what those plans are? What God's plan needs to be fulfilled is your presence on this earth, and when you discover it, you are blessed in everything you do and undertake.

Do you want to win in what you do? Plan including and taking God into account. To take it into account, is to search the Word to know what He has told us through it. Sometimes we pray for God's direction, to confirm that what we want to do is according to His Word, and we tend to be frustrated by not receiving an audible response, but we forget that a large part of the answers we require are embodied in the Bible.

God's plans always prevail over yours. In the Bible we can see that there are ways that seem straight to man, but they end up being paths of death. God will not bless our plans, but his own, unless ours are aligned with His will. As we pray, we must make sure that what we are hearing is not the voice of our emotions, but the voice of God.

We are accustomed to making fundamental decisions for life, without taking into account the opinion of God. For example, what guarantees success in our marriages is not mutual love, but we are really doing the will of God, because in the stage of falling in love, everyone loves each other, but what really remains is the Word of God.

Our feelings vary and are never constant. It is time to stop being moved by our feelings, and begin to be led by the Holy Spirit of God. Jesus said: "But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I have said to you." If we have not heard the words of Jesus, how do we expect the Holy Spirit to remind us of what He said? He needs to find the Word of God in our hearts, to have more vocabulary to speak to us. He will not tell us anything other than His Word.

Matthew 6:24: "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will esteem the one and despise the other. You can not serve God and riches. "

When God does not have the first place in our lives, we run the risk of money becoming our lord. Then, we begin to act according to what money tells us what we can do, and what does not. To avoid it, we need rather to allow God to become our Lord, to be able to achieve all that He prepared for us, which we can only obtain if we believe and have faith. By raising our faith, we can declare: "I have and I can what the Bible tells me; Not what money says I have and I can. "

There are several consequences of not taking God into account in our plans:

Our hearts darken and we move out of His direction.

Romans 1: 21-22: "For when they knew God, they did not glorify him as God, nor did they give thanks, but they became vain in their reasonings, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools. "

We do not have the divine promises of protection and provision for our plans.
Psalm 127: 1: "Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain; if Jehovah does not guard the city, the guard watches in vain. "
Proverbs 3: 9-10: "Honor the Lord with your goods,
And with the first fruits of all your fruits; and your barns shall be filled with plenty, and your vats shall overflow with new wine. "
We do not have the blessing of God.
Proverbs 10:22: "The blessing of the Lord is that which enriches, and adds no sorrow to it."

How do we achieve God's blessing?

Deuteronomy 28: 1-2: "It shall come to pass, that if ye attentively heed the voice of the LORD your God, to keep and to do all his commandments, which I give you this day, then the LORD your God shall exalt you above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you, and they shall overtake you, if you obey the voice of the LORD your God. "

There is a financial principle that Jesus taught us: Money should not be sought, it should be attracted. When we put God first, we become an attraction for money. Jesus said: "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to them."

Become an attraction for God's finances and blessings! What unleashes God's blessing is obedience to what He says.

We pay a high price
Proverbs 15: 6: "In the house of the righteous there is a great provision; but trouble in the gains of the wicked. "

There is nothing better than having God on our side! When we make plans with Him, the devil has no place in our lives.
