This is a case of a spoiled and over privileged person thinking that they are above the law. Some people believe that they can treat people any way they see fit, and there are no consequences. The then South Korean airline vice president Heather Cho didn't like the face that her nuts were served in a bag instead of a bowl, so she decided to order the plane back to the terminal to have the flight attendant who server in first class to be kicked off the plane. What a selfish, privileged, horrible human being with no regard for anyone's safety. She could have literally been responsible for someone being killed because she wanted her nuts served in a bowl. This is a reflection back on ancient times when kings and queens ruled and people could be beheaded, and hung for not wearing the right type of clothes.
Seoul, South Korea (CNN)Korean Air has been ordered to pay 20 million South Korean won (almost $18,000) to a flight attendant after he was excoriated by an executive when she was served her macadamia nuts in a bag instead of a porcelain bowl as their plane prepared to take off.
The infamous "nut rage" incident took place in 2014, when Heather Cho -- vice president of Korean Air at the time and daughter of the company's CEO, Cho Yang-ho -- demanded the plane return to its gate at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport so the flight attendant could be removed.
Heather Cho served five months of a one-year prison sentence after a South Korean court found her guilty of violating aviation law (CNN).
I believe she deserved more jail time for this selfish dangerous act.
