Walking between these ideas that exists,

They persist even when I don't resist.

Always mindful and going with the flow,

Sometimes I can still feel the undertow.

It's always there and contrasting the light,

So I toe the line, define my own right.

Never bowing for some authority,

Wont let them tell me it's wrong to live free.

My morals and ethics are all my own,

Follow the only path I've ever known.

Resonate with others when we align,

The mission was always mine to define.
