A few days ago everyone at home was worried about our dog. Her name is Nala and yes, we chose this nick in honor of the character from the movie "The Lion King". Her name and her personality really complement each other. She is a Belgian shepherd and is only eight months old. So you can imagine the nervous state in which all of us at home were left when the little one began to limp on one front leg...
We are always on the lookout for her, and we were very worried that for three days, despite the massages and the care, she still had difficulty walking. We did not see at any time that she had been injured, and she had no visible signs of fractures, so we were all very surprised. Without any other choice, we took her to the veterinarian, who was already consulting us since the problem appeared.
I was with her in the back of the car, and by the behavior of this puppy I could suspect what would be happening soon.
Nala is a very hyperactive dog, so in consultations we must hold her very well so that she does not intimidate the other pets. When her turn came, however, she was very relaxed and behaved very well. The veterinarian checked her and soon came to a conclusion: the dog had nothing.
My parents, stunned, could not believe it, so to check it they walked her all over the consultation. Indeed, Nala was not only walking as usual, but was also lively and even jumping. We were worried for several days when, apparently, she just wanted to go out. Anyway, the doctor gave her vitamins and the missing vaccines.
We all came back more relaxed, laughing about everything this little troublemaker put us through.

Hace unos días todos en casa estábamos preocupados por nuestra perrita. Su nombre es Nala y sí, elegimos este nick en honor al personaje de la película "El Rey León". Realmente su nombre y su personalidad se complementan. Es una pastora belga y tiene apenas ocho meses. Así que podrán imaginarse el estado de nervios en el que todos en casa quedamos cuando la pequeña comenzó a cojear de una pata delantera...
Siempre estamos pendientes de ella, y nos preocupó mucho que durante tres días, a pesar de los masajes y los cuidados, ella siguiera con dificultades para caminar. No vimos en ningún momento que ella se hubiese lastimado, y no tenía señales visibles de fracturas, así que todos estábamos muy extrañados. Sin más remedio, la llevamos al veterinario, quien ya nos estaba consultando desde que el problema apareció.
Yo estuve con ella en la parte trasera del carro, y por el comportamiento de esta cachorra pude sospechar lo que estaría sucediendo próximamente.
Nala es una perra muy hiperactiva, así que en las consultas debemos sujetarla muy bien para que no intimide a las otras mascotas. Cuando llegó su turno, en cambio, estuvo muy relajada y se comportó muy bien. Él veterinario la revisó y pronto llegó a una conclusión: la perra no tenía nada.
Mis padres, atónitos, no podían creerlo, así que para comprobarlo la pasearon por toda la consulta. Efectivamente, Nala no solo caminaba como de costumbre, sino que además estaba animada e incluso saltando. Estuvimos varios días preocupados cuando, al parecer, ella solo quería salir. De todas maneras el médico le suministró vitaminas y las vacunas que le faltaban.
Regresamos todos más relajados, riendo por todo lo que esta pequeña buscapleitos nos hizo pasar.
