One of HIVE's strengths is the stablecoin $HBD (Hive Backed Dollars) anchored to the value of $1. In addition to ensuring greater security of your capital, being less exposed to market fluctuations, it serves in my opinion as a very useful tool especially during the bullish market phase. In fact, when the price of HIVE increases on the market, the rewards also undergo a proportional increase, generating many more HBD.

The strategy I've been adopting, ever since the price of $HIVE exceeded $0.50, is to accumulate HBD in my Savings, and start earning 15% APR. It's my personal observation but I think I'm starting to accumulate good amounts of HBD enough to start an accumulation plan. It might also be worthwhile to convert HBD->HIVE and wait for the price to increase to try to maximize the gains, but I prefer to start right away

Also, I started Power down (much to my regret) to accumulate some liquid HIVE to convert to HBD when the time is right and increase my HBD reserve. The goal is to have enough HBD to buy HIVE back when it goes down again during the bear market (which will come sooner or later).

HBD still has an incredibly low supply compared to other large stablecoins. If HIVE were to reach $10 or higher, the supply will grow exponentially and that means there will be more competition out there.

Oltre a garantire una sicurezza maggiore del proprio capitale, essendo meno esposto alle oscillazioni del mercato, funge a mio giudizio come uno strumento molto utile soprattutto durante la fase di mercato bullish. Infatti, quando il prezzo di HIVE aumenta sul mercato, anche le rewards subiscono un incremento proporzionale, generando molti più HBD.

La strategia che io sto adottando, sin da quanto il prezzo di $HIVE ha superato i 0.50$, è accumulare HBD nel mio Savings, ed iniziare a guadagnare il 15% APR. È una mia personale constatazione ma io ritengo d'iniziare ad accumulare buone quantità di HBD tale da iniziare un piano di accumulo. Potrebbe anche essere conveniente convertire HBD->HIVE e attendere che il prezzo aumenti per cercare di massimizzare i guadagni, ma io preferisco iniziare sin da subito

Inoltre, ho iniziato il Power down (con mio sommo rammarico) per accumulare un po' di HIVE liquidi da convertire in HBD quando sarà il momento giusto ed incrementare la mia riserva HBD. L'obiettivo è avere abbastanza HBD da riacquistare HIVE quando tornerà a scendere durante il mercato bear (che prima o poi arriverà).

HBD ha ancora una supply incredibilmente bassa rispetto alle altre grandi stablecoin. Se HIVE dovesse raggiungere i 10 dollari o prezzi ancora superiore, la supply crescerà esponenzialmente e ciò significa che ci sarà più possibilità di competizione lì fuori.
