Another beautiful challenge sponsored by Splinterlands on rulset used in battle, this week's theme is Counterspell. In the presence of this rulset, all monsters present in battle gain the Reflect ability, and all magical attacks launched towards enemies will come back inflicting damage to the cards they started from!
A very interesting and useful ability if we have monsters with magic attack on the opposing team, otherwise the same ability is useless. As you can see in my battle, I avoided deploying magic attack cards, in order to take self-inflicted damage and cause a serious deficit in battle.
My opponent lined up 3 cards with magic attack in formation and defeat was inevitable for him. With each opponent's attack launched by the magic attack monsters, the return of the damage decisively decimated the formation.

I really enjoyed setting up my formation and was very happy with the outcome of the battle. However, the strategy is not always successful but I had to attempt the battle twice with the Counterspell rulset before success.

The low card prices, also caused by the large number of prints and availability of Chaos Legion cards, are a great entry point for new players. In fact, it is possible to build an excellent deck of cards by spending little, compared to the cards of previous editions. It will also be interesting to observe the upcoming airdrops of CL cards in order to better determine which Summoner to upgrade and consequently which cards to buy on the market!
Furthermore, the strategy that each player sets himself can undergo natural variations, in order to improve his deck of cards and climb the ranking of the best players, also obtaining higher rewards!

Un altro bellissimo challenge sponsorizzato da Splinterlands sui rulset utilizzati in battaglia, il tema di questa settimana è Counterspell. In presenza di questo rulset, tutti i mostri presenti in battaglia ottengono l'abilità Reflect, e tutti gli attacchi magici lanciati verso i nemici, torneranno indietro infliggendo danni alle carte da cui è partito!
Un abilità molto interessante e utile se abbiamo nella squadra avversaria mostri con attacco magico, altrimenti la stessa abilità risulta inutile. Come potete osservare nella mia battaglia, io ho evitato di schierare carte con attacco magico, al fine di subire danni autoinflitti e causando un grave deficit in battaglia.
Il mio avversario ha schierato in formazione ben 3 carte con attacco magico e la sconfitta è stata per lui inevitabile. Ad ogni attacco avversario lanciato dai mostri con attacco magico, il ritorno del danno ha decisamente decimato la formazione.

Mi sono davvero divertito a schierare la loa formazione e sono stato molto felice dell'esito della battaglia. Non sempre però la strategia ha esiti positivi ma ho dovuto tentare due volte la battaglia con il rulset Counterspell prima del successo.

I prezzi bassi delle carte, causati anche dal gran numero di stampe e disponibilità delle carte di Chaos Legion, sono un ottimo punto di ingresso per i nuovi giocatori. Infatti è possibile costruire un ottimo mazzo di carte spendendo poco, rispetto alle carte delle precedenti edizioni. Sarà anche interessante osservare i prossimi airdrops delle carte CL in modo da determinare meglio quale Evocatore potenziare e di conseguenza le carte da acquistare sul mercato!
Inoltre, la strategia che ogni giocatore si imposta, può subire variazioni naturali, in modo da migliorare il proprio mazzo di carte e scalare la classifica dei migliori giocatori, ottenendo anche ricompense più elevate!
