The base is mostly secured now, in my beautiful new guest room sleeping extravaganza!!
Now I have to just stabilise the board which will sit on top of this part, over the new shelves...
...which I'll do with two of these strong metal brackets. Above, I have the first one in.
It's looking pretty fabulous, to me! Now I can stand on it to paint and finish the walls, and then I'll add a wee ladder, some coat hooks, etc. 😍😍😍😍✨
I'm a bit concerned about getting the mattress and topper organised, as the young cat just made a birthing nest in the duvet which was waiting to get sewn onto the sponge with my enormous mattress needle that I just refound...
