I love your recipe, @bloggister! We have a huge culture of the baked potato in Scotland (I come from an island famous for it's varieties, Arran!) - but have never seen it boiled like this - it's lovely to get food inspiration right now, when we're all stuck at home in quarantine ;-) Much good wishes to you today, Clare
