Pulled a Black Foil card today

I trust your Taco Tuesday is going well and you are having good vibes already. The week just began and I got so many on my table at the moment. Today has been successful so far I will say. I got 120 points from the daily streak wheelspin today and it’s not bad cos I’m tryna grow my SPARKS to get to 30k. Currently, I’m on 4089 SPARKS and need about 25k+ to get to 30k so I can purchase a card from the SPARKS shop. Something shocking happened today and it was least expected. After a couple of months of not winning in the weekly FORTUNE draws. Today has been a happy day for me as I won a prize from the weekly draws in the FRONTIER league. Had only about 4 entries for last week’s draws and when I decided to check the prizes, to my greatest surprise I won a BLACK FOIL card. Ever since I started being active in the Splinterlands, I have won this type of card only once. This is my second time winning this very card and it’s a huge achievement for me.

So I was also able to play in the MODERN league and was able to win my five battles for the day. The matches were not that tough today so I tried my best to win the battles. I was able to take my GLINT balance to 1640 which is not bad considering the fact that the season is ending in 12 days and 19 hours from now. So I still have time to hit my milestone of 6k GLINT. I’m super excited today to have added another BLACK FOIL card to my card collection cos I almost lost hope and the prize came just when I wasn’t sure I was gonna win. Thanks to the Splinterlands team for always making the weekly FORTUNE draws fair enough. Kudos to them. I will be playing in the FRONTIER league tonight to see what I can come up with cos I actually need more cards in my card collection to be able to level them up cos it’s been a while since I last leveled up my cards.
