Constantemente escuchamos que las miradas dicen mas que mil palabras, que son el espejo del alma, ademas que trasmiten sentimientos, efectivamente todo esto es cierto y la frase de Bécquer lo deja muy claro, las miradas son ese canal para transmitir emociones, el contacto visual además puede delatarnos cuando soñamos, ante las indecisiones y el asombro. Nuestros ojos son el mecanismo de comunicación de nuestro cuerpo tan eficiente como el lenguaje oral o gestual.
En los tiempos duros que vivimos tras la llegada del covid-19 las miradas han tomado una fuerza única porque mediante ellas podemos vincularnos con el resto de las personas, pero también nos ha permitido dar consuelo a la desilusión y la tristeza, de tal forma que esta época hemos aprendido a reflejar en nuestra mirada la esencia de nuestro ser.
Una mirada es capaz de unirnos o separarnos, siempre he dicho que la mirada que se cruza entre dos personas antes que las palabras determinará la empatia que tengamos, para mi esa primera mirada es tan importante por ser el reflejo de sus ojos su presentación.

In the hard times we live in after the arrival of the covid-19, looks have taken on a unique strength because through them we can bond with other people, but they have also allowed us to give comfort to disappointment and sadness, in such a way that this era has taught us to reflect the essence of our being in our gaze.
A look is capable of uniting or separating us, I have always said that the look that crosses between two people before the words will determine the empathy that we have, for me that first look is so important for being the reflection of their eyes their presentation.
This is the gaze of my youngest daughter, in her I always find a wealth of innocence and love, today I want to share with you that river of emotions that her gaze transmits to me, not only when she tells me: "Mommy I love you! Or when that gaze turns to convey feelings such as disagreement, sadness and even anger, and as mothers we always develop a capacity to discover in our children's eyes the secrets of their feelings.
Her gaze shows me ideas, visions and confusion even before her words reach my ears, a curious fact here she always tells me: mum, you can guess. Jejejejejeej I always smile and say no! Only your look gives you away and this applies to everyone, a look is a non-verbal communication that teaches us many things about the rest of the people and when it comes to our children even more.
Está es la mirada de mi hija menor, en ella encuentro siempre un caudal de inocencia y amor, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes ese río de emociones que me trasmite su mirada, no solo cuando me dice: ¡mami te amo! O cuando esa mirada se volca para transmitirme sentimientos como desacuerdo, tristeza e incluso reveldia y es que como madres siempre desarrollamos una capacidad para descubrir en los ojos de nuestros hijos los secretos de su sentir.
Su mirada me manifiesta ideas, visiones y confusión incluso antes de llegar a mis oídos sus palabras, un dato curioso acá ella siempre me dice: mamá tu adivinas.. Jejejejeej siempre sonrío y le digo no! Solo que tu mirada te delata y esto aplica para todos, una mirada es una comunicación no verbal que nos enseña muchas cosas del resto de las personas y cuando se trata de nuestros hijos aún mas.
The gaze of my children projects to me through their brightness the light of hope, it is like opening the door to happiness, the fragility of their gaze does not transmit weakness to me, on the contrary, they give me the feeling that everything will be all right in the face of the many worries I have, in their gaze I find that calm that their smiles later confirm to me. I will never tire of asking for their constant gaze, which is undoubtedly wrapped in selflessness, tenderness and hope.
Finally I affirm that there is nothing more rejoicing than the crossing of glances, between human beings, there are countless glances that cross each other from the moment we wake up until the end of the day, that is why I want to close with a phrase of Alejandro Lanús: "when I understand your glance I hear your true voice".
La mirada de mis hijos me proyecta a través de su brillo la luz de la esperanza, es como abrir la puerta de la felicidad, la fragilidad de sus miradas no me trasmite debilidad al contrario me dan esa sensación de que todo estará bien ante las múltiples preocupaciones que tengo, en su vista encuentro esa calma que luego sus sonrisas me confirman. No me cansaré de pedir la constante mirada de ellos que sin duda están envueltas de desinterés, ternura y esperanza.
Por último afianzo que no hay nada mas regocijante que el cruce de miradas, entre los seres humanos, es incontable las miradas que se cruzan desde que nos despertamos hasta el final del día por ello quiero cerrar con una frase de Alejandro Lanús: "cuando comprendo tu mirada escucho tu verdadera voz".
